  15. 1. Profanity is allowed as long as it doesn't become the primary content
  16.    of the message.

  20. 3. Quoting before replying is *REQUIRED*.

  22. 4. Flaming/warring Is NOT ALLOWED! there is no Warbase,So if your caught
  23.    Fighting With Another user.. You will be REMOVED after 2 warnings.

  25. 5. All Decay sysops will be expected to read ALL messages in the INS_SYSO
  26.    echo. Often there will be important network related announcements posted,
  27.    and this will be the only place you can find out about it.  Access to the
  28.    INS_SYSOP echo is restricted to the #1 sysop ONLY. Do not give your Co-sysop
  29.    access to this echo. All information contained within that echo is to be
  30.    treated as confidential.

  33. 6. Usually new nodelists and echotag updates will be sent to you through
  34.    netmail.
  35.  
  36. 7. You MUST poll for messages AT LEAST once every two days.
  37.    If you fail to poll for more than one week, and you have not notified
  38.    Nosferatu, one of the Decay Execs, or if using one, your Hub, It will
  39.    be assumed that you have dropped Decaynet and you will be removed from the
  40.    nodelist PERMANENTLY.

  42.  8. When you are notified that your application has been approved, you will
  43.     have ONE week to completely set up decaynet and send your test message.
  44.     Test messages are to be sent in the INS_TEST echo ONLY!  If that echo
  45.     works, and you set the others up correctly, they ALL work. Take your time
  46.     setting it up, and double check your work. It saves time later.
  47.     If at the end of one week your system is still not set up and polling,
  48.     you will be considered dropped.  If you are having unexpected difficulties
  49.     that are preventing you from complying with this, notify one of the Execs.
